hi all,
sorry about lack of postings but i've been unwell again so i thought i'd update you all
about what been happening with me and mine. firstly welcome to all new members and belated happy birthday
to all i missed.
so where do i start..... i'm off work again as in august i had a prolasped disc and spent quite a few days unable to move
i then had fall so spent a month in a wheelchair managed to get a good speed up towards the end. i'm now well on the
road to recovery although i do have a numb foot which when i touch it feels all pins and needley. work are talking about
early retirement when i asked about ill health retirement they said no. can't see why as they have just done that with
someone else who has the same as me. got a meeting on monday so that one question for them. also i'm not driving now
as i'm scared to as my legs don't move as quick as they did and i'm frightened of having an accident.
my kids are doing fine, james is now living in milton keynes with a lady friend and seem happy, so i have my back
bedroom back and hopefully it will be redecorated soon, although he still has a few boxes to collect. charlotte is ok and
excepting baby number two ( a bit of shock) our grandson is now 9 months old and coming on in leaps and bounds. he
has his first tooth loves the word no and hiya, says it all the time even if you go to the loo it's hiya when you come back.
we bought him a walker and he goes like mad round the room.bet you can quess he's our pride and joy and we love him to bits.
one bit of sad news in september we lost our very dear friend very suddenly. she has been ill but was getting better. her husband
is like a lost soul comes to us every week for a chat or his tea. the funneral was packed as she was very popular person afterwards
we all went to the wake and the childern had asked everyone to write their memories of ann down. it was sad and funny to read
the stories i shall miss her very much as she was not only a friend but my driver, my lunch date and so much more we would talk for hours
and then still ring each other up because there was something we forgot to say.
well i thinks all my news. i hope everyone is as well as possible and hopefully it will not be so long until i post again.
take care

Hello Lynn

Gosh you certainly have gone through a very bad patch.

Sorry to hear about your back, I know about that I suffer with my back, but had an operation in
yr 2000 to repair collapsed discs. The pain is awful so I feel for you.

How is the RA ? Is that settled at the moment as a bad back added to RA will be unimaginable.

So sorry to hear about your close friend I expect that did upset you, friends as very important
to us.

On a brighter note another Grandchild that will be lovely for you

Keep posting

Rose
